I bought a faucet online. Normally, I had to pick it up there. I was offered to come and drop it off at my house since a member of staff was passing by in the coming days. It was greatly appreciated since I live 3 hours from Rimouski. This little gesture was not obligatory, but it was so appreciated. For me, this is a service that exceeds my expectations. A huge thank you to this representative.
