3 years ago we bought our house built in 2000. We had a heat pump installed by Anthony Woo (excellent service by the way) and the latter noticed the forced air from the furnace was not very powerful. He offered some suggestions to address this problem. Since the furnace was installed by Mr. Lanthier, I decided to contact ventilation Lanthier to make an appointment to check everything. We were looking for help and advice on a ventilation project and the lady at the counter wasn't very helpful. If it wasn't a "standard" thing, there was nothing they could do. ?
