Excellent in his field!
The asphalt coating carried out by Fortin Asphalte excavation was not carried out correctly which caused cracks. After several calls and promises telling us that someone would come and look at the situation, no one showed up. During installation we were told that a 10-year warranty would apply and during phone calls we were told that the work was not guaranteed. During another call the answer we got was that the problem was "geological". In short, I strongly advise against this contractor.
