My mother has been using France's services for years. I had the pleasure of meeting her on several occasions, notably to organize my mother's hairstyle for her wedding, etc. My mother is in her 80s, and she had to be hospitalized at the last minute, which affected her appointments. France was very pleasant and extremely accommodating, working around the schedule to accommodate her. She is very talented and creative. His work is excellent. Well done, keep it up, France! Lucy
