I had excellent service from start to finish, from sales with Nicolas Marsolais to the installation scheduler Ms Stéphanie Hamelin and the installation crew. Everyone took time to answer my questions and preoccupations. The result is a nice new window, with another satisfied customer.Three nice points: 1) the salesman also handles after-sales, making sure any problem is quickly resolved. 2) It's the only company that stills sends the salesman to come and take measurements, before doing the proposal, thereby avoiding any surprise before the customer signs. Excellent service from start to finish on the project to change a door on our terrace. Our advisor Daniel Dumas was very professional and met all our expectations while taking care that the submission was as transparent as possible. On the administrative side, Stéphanie always answered our questions and was easily accessible. The team who carried out the work was very experienced and did a perfect job despite the constraints of working on the 4th floor. Fenplast Repentigny is a company that is committed to improving. The after-sales service is exceptional. As far as I am concerned, I had excellent service from their representative André Lachapelle. He gave us good advice. We were impressed with the quality of the installation. Well done to the installers. In the end, we changed 4 doors and several thermos. We are very satisfied.
