A huge thank you to advisor Marco Tremblay who helped my little family and me this evening with an A1 service, I couldn't ask for better I was in a bad situation and I arrived at the garage just before closing with a baby who has just had his vaccinations and Marco took care of us quickly with advice to get us out of trouble quickly, I highly recommend thank you again ?

The mechanical technicians are competent and friendly. The employees at the service counter seem not to be interested in providing good customer service and this affects the feeling of trust.Having trust is, in my opinion, the most important thing when dealing with an auto repair center. The employees seem conditioned to sell as many parts as possible even if the part is still good. They tried to change both brake calipers when only one was defective.They don't take the time to really listen to the customer's needs. They replaced my disc and pad brakes (under warranty) with lower quality parts even though I had requested the same brand of brake. The assistant manager...read full review

I went to the service center like crazy. I had a slow leak, I hit a nail on the highway and they managed to take me without an appointment to repair it and clearly informed me that it was possible that it would not fit the time in the end they had the time so Perfect.
