In an emergency situation, I went to AutoDoum after my windshield was hit by a projectile. Without an appointment, the team quickly took care of my car, and luckily, a new windshield was available in stock. A member of staff even spotted some rust on my vehicle and advised me to treat it to avoid any future problems, with Krown anti-rust, a brand they work with and which has already proven itself well. I also asked if it was possible for them to do the oil change that I was late for, which they happily agreed to. I had very good service for rust removal. However, I didn't appreciate that they left the key in my car instead of coming to bring it to me when I paid. Knowing that my vehicle is one of the most stolen, anyone could have left with it. I also find that the $15 they charged me to remove the plates from the bottom of my SUV is a bit excessive.
