“Called this company because I broke my patio window and needed a quote for my insurance.
I spoke to Marie Claude who was so friendly and sent my quote within hours of my telephone call. Long story short. Alain called me to set up an appointment to get my door replaced, offered me several different times and we settled on 8:00 am. He was and his helper there at 8 sharp with all the material. He went to the back started removing the caulking, while his helper inside placed a large blanket to keep the place clean. Inside started removing the molding and unscrewing the door etc. Within 15 minutes the door was taken out and brought up the new door. Proper installation, adjustments explaining that I may get a credit due to sufficient new doors etc. From the minute he arrived to the last minute they left everything was done to perfection. They cleaned up after themselves, nobody would of known they were there. Took 90 minutes from start to finish.
Never have I in my 62 years of life saw this much courtesy, professionalism and experience in such a company. I would stand by them and feel proud. It was an honor to deal with them.
