About Strøm spa nordique / Vieux-Québec
Strøm spa nordique / Vieux-Québec is a dreamy destination with a beautiful view of the St. Lawrence River. The large site allows for a comfortable distance from other visitors. The spa offers a temperature experience with multiple pools and saunas, including a eucalyptus and dry sauna. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, with unlimited towels provided. Guests can enjoy a variety of pools, hot baths, and rooms to relax or try. There are lockers, showers, restrooms, blow dryers, and straighteners in the locker rooms. Visitors have appreciated bringing books to read in some lounges but should be aware that phones cannot be out for pictures, and warnings are sometimes given to stop using them. Some guests have experienced slow service at the reception desk and limited reading material. It’s recommended to book in advance, especially for evening visits, and to prepare for a walk or drive to reach the location, as it involves a long walk back up stairs. Bringing a water bottle, slippers, and a change of clothing is advised, as well as considering a massage, which many find highly relaxing.

It was the most at peace I’ve felt in a long time, I wish they had a space like this near me!

I think this should have been shared earlier and also maybe a change in the price considering it is quite a large amount of the experience. The spa itself is very restful and we really appreciated the quiet areas, the scrub and the different experiences.
Unfortunately the service at lunch was extremely slow. I think the kitchen must have had a mix up because the waiter was extremely apologetic and offered a top up of our wine but we waited nearly an hour for our main course and watched people who had arrived after us get served and...read full review
Spent almost 8 hours here and didn’t get bored once. It was -17°C when I visited, so going from the hot pools to the cold plunge was an experience. Came solo and had a great time just relaxing and reading a book. Most people were couples, but I never felt out of place. Definitely worth a visit.
