I would like to thank the two technicians Éric Aubé and Noémy Corbin for their good work, without forgetting the representative, Bruno Tardif who came to estimate the work to be carried out. It's not easy these days for a company to have a team of employees who are passionate about their work and who provide excellent customer service. Really, for a first customer experience using Groupe Qualinet, I was really satisfied and I will not hesitate to use the services of Groupe Qualinet again if I find myself in trouble again. Despite the fact that the technicians were courteous and friendly, this was the first time I joked that I wish I never had to see them again!
I work in a bar and we had Claudia come and do our carpets and I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful job she did! In 10 years she's really the best we've had to make our carpets and who completely removed the calcium, plus she's very kind and hard-working like I've rarely seen! Thank you Claudia I can tell you that they have a rare qualinet pearl!! Wow thanks again!!! ?
