I was on vacation in Quebec City in the middle of the winter with my 3 children and wife when someone broke the passenger's window of our rental Kia Sportage just to steal a phone charger and cable. After spending hours looking online and calling around in French speaking part of Canada for someone to help us with the broken glass, I stumbled across PH Vitres d'Autos and called them right away. Jean-Samuel Naud was a godsent to us as he went above and beyond his duties to help the stranded family.
