Au mois de mai j’ai eu une fracture du péroné, j’ai du porter une botte Samson pendant 6 semaines j’ai fait de la physio mais j’avais demande conseil a ma super massothérapeute et amie. Elle m’a donne des exercices a faire dans un bon bain chaud suivi de glace et pour terminer chaleur. Cela a été plus bénéfique pour ma fracture que la physio. Aujourd’hui je n’ai aucune douleur ni faiblesse je peut tout faire comment avant et même mieux Lors de votre massage profitez en pour parler de vos douleurs elle sera bien vous conseiller Sophie 💜💜
