I did business with Élysee Fleurs for my wedding bouquet last September. I had ordered a bouquet of small white calla lilies directly on site, delivered the very morning of the wedding.The bouquet arrived on time. Unfortunately it was much much smaller than expected. The lady who took my order didn't tell me that the flowers were super expensive. And so despite a budget of $200 (with delivery), that would make a mini bouquet. I had a bad surprise the very morning of the wedding.Luckily, when I called the store, Vincent was amazing! After discussing, he suggested that I come directly to add 5 white roses to my bouquet. Wow! I received truly exceptional service from Sylvie and Catherine. She really went out of her way to find the exact plant I was looking for in a very beautiful pot. I am extremely impressed and satisfied with my customer experience. A big thank you for everything.
