If I had to give the number of times I went there and the number of times I was well served it would be 2/10 times.1-The salespeople don’t seem to know what they have to offer2-I have textured hair and they don't even make the effort to understand what I'm asking or to offer me products as if there weren't any that suited me even though there are. So I have to search through all this mass of articles to find what I need.3-I know that textured hair is not the majority but a little more knowledge on the subject would really be a plus because many of us consume a lot of products but being sidelined because of the hair of the customer across the street is easier to manage...read full review

Worst customer service I've had. The saleswomen do not want to sell and even less to advise. I asked for advice on discolorations, no one to enlighten me on the different products offered on the floor. I asked if he had any neutralizing shampoos, the counselor was surprised and had a very haughty attitude when she was visibly lacking in knowledge.

I asked questions about whether they could put pink in my hair without bleaching, they said no and the saleswoman just left. No advice or ask if I would be ready for another option. After 5 minutes of waiting with my 6-year-old daughter like a turkey to find out if she was coming back, I went to another store. 0 service, stupid and no courtesy
