A very good experience up in the air! The pilot was friendly and speak boots english and french. He answeard questions and gave us information. The landing was smooth and easygoing.

It was our first time so it was good. The crew was amazing and so was the pilot- very friendly and hardworking.
As a first timer it was a nice experience but we saw that the other balloons went way higher than ours. So, it was something maybe we could have gotten in addition.
Also, the champagne gave a nice touch to it all. Was expecting a nicer souvenir but all good. The overall experience was great but i think it can be a little cheaper than it was.

First time in a hot air balloon and it was amazing. The pilot was fantastic and made the trip great. We landed on a muddy field, so I'd recommend bringing a change of shoes just in case ?
