Balad'Air offers a very good experience up in the air with friendly and pleasant pilots. Passengers found the experience impressive, with smooth and easygoing landings. The crew is amazing and hardworking, providing information and answering questions. Champagne adds a nice touch to the overall great experience.
We had an amazing experience with Balad d’air and highly recommend them. Unlike other companies we looked into, they did not require advance payment to make a reservation, and their prices were better too. The entire crew was great and it was fun to watch the set up process. For our flight, we flew a little lower than usual but got to see the fall leaves a little closer. There was only one other couple, so that made it more personal too. Great experience all around!
We spent an amazing morning with Balad’Air. It was our first hot air balloon flight and we loved every second of it. The flight felt very safe, in spite of some unexpected wind. It’s a great experience to have at least once!
A very good experience up in the air! The pilot was friendly and speak boots english and french. He answeard questions and gave us information. The landing was smooth and easygoing.
