I have experience that they make a wrong filing with my 2023 tax return and I paid 2000 cad for it. They said my corrections was send to CRA BUT till now I haven't received any updates from them ..

It’s worth paying $80 to learn, after a month of waiting, that I will have to be patient again since they were sent by mail!?!! Long live the volunteers of St-Vincent de Paul in 1 month you received your reimbursements!

I took my papers to them in mid-March and as of July 8, my tax return had still not been done. I went to collect my documents to look elsewhere. Every time I called, I was told that they were going to check it and that someone would call me back or they told me that it would be done the following week....very disappointed with the service that they offer and in addition that I will be stuck paying late tax fees when I went to see them before the date and it is them who are fooling.
