Following a defective part on my heat pump I made a call to service and within 24 hours I was sent a technician to change it. The technician was very competent and even provided me with explanations on the work carried out. Bravo to this company for its very efficient customer service. I have even recommended it to two work colleagues in the past and they are very satisfied with the work well done by this company. I recommend without hesitation doing business with them.
