Cabanasol Québec is a tanning salon that some customers have enjoyed for its cleanliness, professional service, and quick tanning sessions. The salon uses new tanning tubes that allow for shorter tanning times compared to other salons. However, one customer expressed dissatisfaction with the salon's policy of automatically expiring unused tanning minutes after a year, regardless of prior warning. This customer felt the lack of communication and consideration from staff was poor customer service.
On my first visit, the girl at reception received me very well and explained very well what suited me with my color and my skin type... I like the place, the atmosphere and those who working there! I'm definitely going to get a subscription again!!!
I am very disappointed. I bought a $100 package a year ago and last week I had 50 minutes left to use and since it's been a year I lost everything suddenly. If I had been warned, I would have used my minutes. This is not a good way to build customer loyalty. I would have liked to have been warned. We don't know how much time we have left unless we ask. I have been a customer since 2007. I am bitter and I don't want to go back. The girl didn't care and responded to the next customer like we were numbers. Very good service. Professional and fast. Always clean. Neon beds change regularly so no need to take 10 minutes or more per session. Tanning salon that I prefer for in-cabin tanning.
