I first had my water tested knowing ahead of time that I was going to need a few chemicals.
Cedrik helped me with the right chemicals and then provided me with help on a few parts that I needed including a new wireless robot vacuum…..very happy with the help that I received…..thank you Trevi and of course Cedrik!
Cedrik was super helpful! We came in for a frustrating spa-jet replacement project and he was patient, informative, and had very creative ideas for replacing our discontinued jets. All the employees at the Point-Claire location were nice and helpful — definitely will be back for all our pool and spa needs!

As we contracted to replace my liner with all accessories, everything was detailed and clear—right down to the follow-up, letting me know exactly when I'd receive the parts and when the installation would happen. Even when a problem arose with a subcontractor, Alain Demchuck was incredibly understanding and resolved the issue without any hassle. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality, very competitive prices, and customer satisfaction.
