What a change.
We had Trevi install our pool this week, a pool that we worked for to buy for 2 years and let me tell you, it was a nightmare situation. This resulted in us driving an hr back to the Point Claire store, on our day off, to speak with a Manager to explain the situation in some hope that it could be made right.
Alain Demchuck; the manager on duty, took the time to listen to us with the step by step horror show we lived.
