This is by far the BEST auto repair business. I had an intermittent rattling sound on my newer 2024 car. I went to my car dealer and they told me they would have to charge me to find the problem. So I went to Carline and they found the problem. After spending close to $1000 at the dealer on my last visit, it just so happened that they had forgotten to fasten a screw. Carline fixed my problem caused by my dealer and didn’t even charge me. I also learnt that even if my car is under warranty, I do not have to go to the dealer for my service appointments. Hands down the best shop I’ve been to! The owner Chant is always clear, polite and extremely knowledgeable. Sabrina at the reception always has a smile on her face and is very helpful also! I buy my tires from them too since they have the best prices. The atmosphere is zen and professional, keeping me updated on my car when I want. Myself and my family have been customers for many years and have never been overcharged or told we need something that we didn’t.

I brought my 2012 Honda Fit in several months back with several issues. From start it finish the experience was excellent. After completing the initial work, I was advised the rims needed to be replaced, and the team went out of their way to find suitable options within my budget. I was exceptionally happy with both the quality of the work and the level of care they showed throughout the process. Everyone was professional, courteous, and transparent, and I truly appreciated that they focussed on what was necessary rather than trying to upsell or overcharge. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
