This is by far the BEST auto repair business. I had an intermittent rattling sound on my newer 2024 car. I went to my car dealer and they told me they would have to charge me to find the problem. So I went to Carline and they found the problem. After spending close to $1000 at the dealer on my last visit, it just so happened that they had forgotten to fasten a screw. Carline fixed my problem caused by my dealer and didn’t even charge me. I also learnt that even if my car is under warranty, I do not have to go to the dealer for my service appointments. The owner Chant is always clear, polite and extremely knowledgeable. Sabrina at the reception always has a smile on her face and is very helpful also! I buy my tires from them too since they have the best prices. The atmosphere is zen and professional, keeping me updated on my car when I want. Myself and my family have been customers for many years and have never been overcharged or told we need something that we didn’t.
I brought my 2012 Honda Fit in several months back with several issues. From start it finish the experience was excellent. After completing the initial work, I was advised the rims needed to be replaced, and the team went out of their way to find suitable options within my budget.
