Patty was really nice and patient. We went on a Monday and nobody was there so no reason for her to rush. But she didn't cut my daughter's hair in the way I showed her in the pictures (of a bob). The back is way too short, the sides are longer than the back, and her bangs are choppy. I even asked her to trim the sides, but she said no, it was fine. The certificate was nice. All in all, I won't pay almost $30 again to have this experience repeated.

We had a great experience from the moment we walked in, my daughter is 12 and got her ears pierced for the first time with Ronnie who is very professional and we were very happy with the results.She applied a numbing/freezing cream first and reassured my daughter who was very nervous! She didn’t use a gun, she used a disposable clip which is very hygienic.Thank you ?? ?❤️

I love minimood, i take my son all the time there. Plus when he had his 1st haircut they gave him a kind of a certificate with a piece of his hair on it. It was so nice to have such a souvenir for him when he grows up.The decor is really nice and baby/kid friendly.And their service is so good.
