Cassandra greeted and assisted us in finding the right makeups whereas Chloe’s entry later was the turning point!! Chloe came loaded with tons of makeup expertise and on the spot analyzed my mother’s skin like a “Pundit of Makeup” and shared enormous amount of information tailored to mother’s skin so that our final decision has zero opportunity cost! As usual, when I go to this specific MAC counter, I am always extremely well served. But today Laurie helped me with all my questions and my needs in the best way possible. She was patient, she listened to me and understood what I needed even if it was hard for me to explain what I wanted. She also gave me some amazing suggestions. I am looking forward to try my new products and apply some of the tips and tricks she shared with me today.
