The service I received from Gabriella was exceptional. I was looking for two pairs of glasses, one of which was my first pair of progressive lenses. She carefully listened to my needs, showed patience and presented options that were well suited to me. Noticing that I was unfamiliar with progressive lenses, she took the time to clearly explain the entire process and guide me through it step by step. Gabriella was both professional and kind, and she delivered outstanding customer service. While the optician remained mostly in the background, my interaction with her was also pleasant.
Laura Moreau (optician) spent a lot of time teaching my daughter how to use contact lenses, putting them on and taking them off until my daughter was comfortable doing it on her own. She had a calm, soft demeanor, and had SO much patience! Thank you Laura!
A few days ago, they repaired a branch that broke from my sunglasses. They did an amazing job. They even straightened my sunglasses and cleaned them. I will definitely go back for all of my eye care needs including glasses. Thank you to the staff there for your impeccable service. 😊
