Laura Moreau (optician) spent a lot of time teaching my daughter how to use contact lenses, putting them on and taking them off until my daughter was comfortable doing it on her own. She had a calm, soft demeanor, and had SO much patience! Thank you Laura!
A few days ago, they repaired a branch that broke from my sunglasses. They did an amazing job. They even straightened my sunglasses and cleaned them. I will definitely go back for all of my eye care needs including glasses. Thank you to the staff there for your impeccable service. 😊
My problem was efficiently solved by Laura, the optician. Thank you. The optician covering for her while she was on vacation had given me a wrong code for a promotion discount from acuvue for contact lenses. My CC was charged twice (no their fault probably but it could have gone unnoticed if I don't check my statement).
