We have been going to get our glasses for the past years and service is always excellent. The manager and all his team are amazing, especially Carol, they are always giving us top quality service, and very to pick out our new glasses, I would highly recommend this store in Fairview shopping centre.
Greiche & Scaff have prepared several glasses for me over the years. Each time, the glasses were very beautiful and the service was very polite. I would like to mention Jamil, who served me with patience and professionalism.
I was in a real pinch as I arrived with red eyes/soreness. Dr. Hong was fantastic with me, and recommended that I take a break from contacts, and wear glasses for 2 weeks. Problem was that I do not own glasses. The staff took care of me so well as they fitted me for frames, immediately. One hour later, my glasses were ready. Tremendous service!
