Great plumbing company, would definitely recommend, Allan is hands down one of the nicest most hardworking and helpful tradesmen that I’ve ever met, he answered all my questions and got down and dirty during the job he did in my basement. He did everything I asked of him and more, he was making jokes the whole time snd had me cracking up. I’ve never had that much fun with someone I just met.
I called the answering service for an emergency water heater replacement. I had a quick (within thirty minutes) call back from the plumber. After I told him the problem, he said he would check his schedule and call me back with potential times and prices for the replacement. I never heard back from him. We went with a different, more reliable plumber.
Plumber showed up 5 minutes early, assessed the issue and was done within 10 more minutes. Communication was prompt and professional, the visit was costly but such is the nature of emergency services. Would call again!
