The five stars given are not perfunctory; the work Proscape did before, during, and after was professional along the entire timeline. We asked for and received multiple consultations beforehand; Wendy's patience was exemplary. Plans were submitted to the city, modifications were required, and Wendy redrafted to suit. Real (foreman) cast expert eye over any and all modifications as required before and during the build. We wanted a 'curved' form, and Proscape provided a solution (see pic). Our beautiful deck was completed in late October 2022. Absolutely a wonderful experience working with Wendy and Real. We decided to go with composite because we had a cedar deck before. I wanted maintenance free and easy to clean. Wendy was so helpful with coming up with a design - always answered and returned my calls and emails quickly. We had a few other quotes and also no shows from other companies but my gut in the final decision was to go with Proscape. I can say that Real and his team were incredibly professional and went over my expectations of the end result. Wendy also helped with the decision of the railing and suggested the supplier we used.
