Every visit with Fred is always so smooth and the staff are very friendly, they listen carefully to all concerns and make sure they are addressed with ease. Dr.Dunbar is the best, she really cares for Fred and makes sure everything is well with him. I would highly recommend pierrefonds animal to anyone with pets!!
Greeted warmly at reception. Wait time minimal. Appointment time was respected within a few minutes. The doctor greeted me and my dog when he entered the examination room. He was very pleasant and was quick to make sure that me and my dog were comfortable. He took his time to explain all the details of his examination and was very kind and patient with my dog in doing his best to calm her fears. Great experience. 10 on 10.
I want to thank the wonderful staff and of course Dr. Anne Marie Masse for their care of our senior girl cat, Stig. Dr. Masse helped us with her diagnosis and treatment of hyperthyroidism and of course until the very end when she left this world. I can't thank them enough and I can't help but praise this clinic for their support and good work. If you ever need to take your fur baby to a place that will treat them like family, this clinic is the right place.
