I don't understand these reviews at all. I like in Kirkland and they passed every single morning before we left for school with the kids. They'd double back and pass again when all vehicles left for work. Either people are very picky or just love to complain. This is a genuine 5 star review. They saved us last winter.
We are a handicap couple and have issues with legs and arms. We especially hired Duragard to remove our snow from our steps and in front of our driveway when after they remove the snow. It’s our 3rd year and each year we have to argue about snow still on our front door and garage doors. We even pay them for those services. After calling they even have the audacity to hang up on us. 3 strikes and you’re OUT.
They blew snow all in my driveway I told the driver what he did he proceeded to yell at me and say not my problem. the woman I spoke to on the phone said she would send someone to fix it. Called hours later a mean old lady answered the phone and said nothing body’s gonna dig you out and hung up on me and I called back and they sent me to voicemail I called multiple times. What a horrible snow removal service!!!!!!!!!
