I had an issue with an iPad and they immediately knew what the problem was. They took the time to explain the problem and how they were going to fix it. Not many shops out there can do what they do. Component replacement, reballing, resoldering, etc.

Amazing service! I had my laptop screen changed which required a special order since the screen was a special type. They explained the issue, the ordering and repair process. Very knowledgeable and even cleaned the inside of my laptop and applied new thermal paste free of charge. They were also able to find an issue with another laptop I had that was previous thought to be 100% scrapped. I can’t recommend them enough! Definitely my new repair shop!
