For 1 year, my 2 dogs have been welcomed there with professionalism and love. Vets and technicians are great; they take the time to listen and give good advice. However, I removed a star because, at the reception, I received a rather disappointing welcome from Céline. She was incisive, was not listening! I had to insist on speaking to a technician (Danielle) who is a gem. Perhaps better train the receptionist in the art of welcoming customers?
