Very nice hotel with an interesting history. Use a lot of solar power too, which is impressive! Clean, comfortable room with a Nespresso machine and a nice jetted tub. Great roof-top terrace with a hot tub! We didn't have a view from our room, but that was okay with us. We really enjoyed the restaurant too, Le Tomahawk Grill. Nicolet is a lovely area to explore too. We also went to the hotel spa in the building next door, and it was clean and nice too. Relaxing. Nice café there also, but didn't try it. Didn't try the indoor pool either, but it looked nice too. EV car chargers on site, so nice touch!
The hotel itself is very beautiful from the outside and the room was nice as well. Moreover, the pool is really beautiful and there was no one else so we had it all to ourselves which was a nice touch to our stay at the hotel. However, the spa isn't that big and I suppose you'd have to share it with strangers which kinda sucks.The only thing that was a negative is the lack of staff and the lack of tv channels to watch. The price was reasonable.
This is a nice place to stay. We have been here twice to visit Trois-Rivière which is a short drive away. Bed is great. Room is very clean. The jet tub worked well. Service is professional and friendly. The grounds are nice and include paddle boat /kayak rentals and other services.
