We hired Guaranteed to install a heating and cooling system for our triplex. The heatpump in on top our building while the auxiliary system and air exchange, and duct work is all in the crawl space.
What felt to us like a complicated job was a regular monday and tuesday for them. They were super efficient at coordonating with our general contractor, and super efficient during installation. They left us with a well-installed and efficient system for our house.

Excellent service from Peter, Simon, Tyler and everyone else at Guaranteed for a 3rd floor mural heat pump install. Will certainly use them for future work.
Edit: many thanks to Ahmad as well for installing our heat pump and troubleshooting some issues. Was very patient answering all my technical questions which was appreciated.

Had our old system replaced with a new heat pump and air handler and couldn’t be happier. Peter was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and straightforward. His team was professional and did a great job with the install. Everything went smoothly and the system works great.
