She tried her best to match the necklaces she had with the piece I had. She gave me good recommendations. She also had a good variety of styles to pick from. She wrapped it nicely and explained the bill and amount discounted.
Honestly, it was a good experience, I would definitely purchase another item from this jewelry store again!
