About Fairmont Spa
Spa Fairmont Le Chateau Montebello offers a superb experience with professional service, a bar, a restaurant, and a swimming pool that welcomes families. Guests can enjoy various activities and highly recommend the impeccable massages, especially the prenatal massage provided by a knowledgeable therapist. However, some dining options may be limited due to restaurant renovations, and in-room breakfast can be expensive and unsatisfactory. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning in the change rooms has been noted as uncomfortable. Overall, the spa is well-regarded but has room for improvement in certain areas.
I wish I could give more stars. The staff are so accommodating it's truly wonderful. The service is exquisite! You will not be disappointed. Not only is the Fairmont beautiful The service is wonderful. I would recommend whether you go solo or family you will enjoy it.
I had such a wonderful experience and wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude. First, a big thank you to the receptionist of the spa who went above and beyond to accommodate me last minute (it truly did not go unnoticed and set the tone for a great visit).
I also want to give a special mention to Félix-Antoine (massage therapist ). If you’re considering booking here, I highly recommend him. He is professional, attentive, and clearly very skilled in his technique. Beyond his expertise, what stood out most was his exceptional etiquette. He made me feel completely comfortable and respected throughout the entire session.

My sister and I came for our spa services today and were greeted warmly at reception. My masseuse was Alexandra and she was lovely! Very kind and always made sure I was comfortable and doing well throughout the massage. The massage was very nice and I felt relaxed after. I loved the lounge area with a nice view to look out on after my massage. Thank you!
