We had the great luck to walk into this business and be served by Andre. We can’t say enough good things about this gentleman’s service, his knowledge, honesty and lovely sense of humour! At the onset, we explained our English was not great, which can be a challenge in Mont Tremblant, but Andre quickly put us at ease, making a “deal” with us that we would try our best to communicate in French and he would do the same in English. Guillaume of Plomberie Roger Labonte did an excellent job replacing leaking copper pipes and upgrading our kitchen plumbing system at our house. I called and got next day service. The service call was done respectfully and capably. Clearly Guillaume is experienced. This company is well run and service minded.
Showed them a few photos and they got all the parts I needed to make a plug and play type of repair. Saved me a lot of headache and money. Super friendly and took the time to explain my repair steps. Merci beaucoup
