Hotel Quintessence is absolutely a 5-star property that we would recommend enthusiastically!! There are some seemingly minor things that need addressed, however, to say that the hotel provides 5-star service. We arrived and were warmly greeted by Antony, easily the friendliest hotel employee we met while staying there - his role as valet made for a fantastic first impression. This hotel is such a vibe, it’s very well located because it’s 4-5 minutes from the middle of the pedestrian village (right next to the Westin) but across the street on its own by the lake.
The service here is just phenomenal and the best part is for those who love luxury hotel chains (such as Four Seasons, St Regis, etc) this hotel is independently owned and that is what makes it special.
The brunch is just phenomenal, very worth it and gorgeous views.
For those who enjoy relaxation, this is the perfect place. Every single spot on the property offers a different experience to relax.
