Strøm spa nordique offers a peaceful retreat with large, clean facilities, pleasant pools, and saunas. The massage therapists are skilled, and the food, particularly at the North restaurant, is a welcome surprise, featuring dishes like the salmon starter, lamb burger, French toast, and maple shortbread cookie. Guests have noted the beautiful views of Mont St-Hilaire and enjoyed the hot and cold baths, eucalyptus steam room, and endless relaxation spots.
While some guests have mentioned issues with the limited sizes of sandals and bathrobes, the texture of the bathrobes has improved, as they are now soft and not transparent. The staff, including restaurant servers, are generally friendly and welcoming, making check-in and exit easy. However, the new payment system at the restaurant has caused some frustration, with reports of long wait times to pay. Despite this, with some minor improvements, Strøm spa nordique remains a great place to spend a day relaxing and enjoying a good meal.
I go to the Strom in St Hilaire regularly for face and body treatments.
I know they have their employees watch the clock closely which means the treatments never really last a full hour.
But this time was ridiculous, I realized after I got dressed that there was 10 minutes left on the hour.
Given the high prices they charge, they can't expect people to come back if they're going to do this kind of thing.
Absolutely the best spa.
Good space and lots of areas for spa
Something i did not enjoy is the snacks area beside the pool. It has only 3 platers choice while within the same plater it has an awckward bites chemistry.
