She made me feel comfortable right away and set the tone for a wonderful visit. My colorist, Cat, was exceptional. She is incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to answer all of my questions, and truly listened to what I wanted. I came in asking for a big change, and she completely nailed it. The result exceeded my expectations! I left feeling confident, refreshed, and genuinely beautiful.
