Secretary not too smiling. Doesn't always answer the phones. We lost my x-rays, I was forced to pay again for new ones, it was the hygienist who told me that the next x-rays would be free of charge, which didn't work. been the case. Closed our files without valid explanations.

Very bad experience today with my grandson We had an appointment for examination and cleaning As I found that it was taking time (more than 1h30 since he came in) I asked the secretary what was going on? She doesn't know. She goes to see the dentist and tells me when she comes back that she pulled out 3 teeth, that's why it took so long. Very surprised I say but no one informed me and I did not give my authorization. The dentist's code of ethics states in article 3.02.04 that the dentist must notify the patient or the responsible person before performing an act. If I could I would give no stars.

Lack of professionalism and ethics... they pulled out 3 teeth from my 11 year old son without my authorization and without even consulting the person who accompanied my son. I found out about it after the teeth were extracted!!
