Unfortunately, we endorse the negative review describing the service as arrogant. We had a telephone conversation to ask a question about one of their services. The person who answered became condescending after learning that we were doing business with another company to install French drains (in no way related to the service for which we contacted them). He questioned the competitor's expertise and praised his own qualifications as superior to others. He refused to take any further interest in the project even though he said he offered the service for which he was called, simply because another company had been hired for other services that he also offers. I did business with HEM construction to repair a major crack, in a very difficult to access location. The work was done very professionally, respecting the estimate and on time. Customer service is excellent; Every time I have questions, we go above and beyond to answer them, even though it's already been two years since my repair was done!

Professional service, very efficient and found solutions to our problems. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Leave the premises clean following the work, I recommend the company..
