All the employees are extremely polite and friendly. I really like the fact that no matter what questions you ask you will never be treated like an idiot and they really take the time to explain everything well.

I have always gone to this clinic when my family doctor is not available. The nurses are so nice and the service is fast.On the other hand, please change receptionists! (Blonde with glasses) so stupid and speaks to us with contempt. There were also other people in the waiting room talking about it. You recently moved premises, and when I called to make an appointment, they didn't mention it to me. The error is human but I mentioned it to the receptionist that the information had not been transmitted to me and she replied "WELL NO! Honestly, I loved this establishment, I went there many times for my children. The service of the doctors/nurses is excellent, nothing to say about this aspect. On the other hand, the receptionist service leaves much to be desired. 1st bad experience, my daughter's father leaves a voicemail stating that he wants an appointment for the next day. We call him back to tell him that there is availability at X time depending on the day. He accepts taking it for granted that it's for the next day like asking on the voicemail.
