I showed up with a bit of an electrical generator connectivity challenge during an extended power outage with doors locked because they were packing to go home for their Christmas holidays. When I knocked, they responded and they spent an hour to guide me on how to construct a plug-in cable for my generator to generator plug in. It was not a straightforward thing but they were totally invested in understanding my problem and providing the solution for me. I am capable on basic electrical matters but was clearly dealing with experts and it saved our Christmas and I am forever grateful.
