Usually I always have good service at this clinic...except when this young receptionist answers the phone with her lack of diplomacy, courtesy and empathy. Maybe she's out of place! Very disappointed

I'm angry because yesterday I went for a consultation and I had very good service from the doctor who diagnosed me with acute pneumonia and the secretary never faxed my prescription...as a result I have to go and consult again. emergency because the clinic is closed during the holiday season!!! Plus secretaries never answer the damn phones. I took the test, I called in the waiting room and they don't answer even though there is no one in front of them!!!

Lately, when we call, no one ever answers. People have mentioned to me that they put the phone on mute so as not to answer and I'm really starting to believe it. I often wait 45 minutes before getting tired of it and hanging up.
