They are very helpful, accommodating, sensitive, and thoughtful, offering personalized, pleasant, and warm service with professional follow-up advice and support. They handle orders by phone and provide delivery, including international delivery via FTD and Teleflora.

Once again, we were very pleased with the excellent attention to detail, speed of execution, and the high quality and artistry of Fleuriste Lily-Rose.
We visited them late on a Sunday afternoon, to request an important floral arrangement for a Tuesday funeral. The owner personally assisted us in selecting and designing 2 beautiful bookend arrangements for the crypt. Notwithstanding the difficulty in obtaining the necessary flowers on a Monday for the complex arrangements, they were even more beautiful and artistic than in the catalogue. They were ready for pick-up on Monday afternoon!
Without doubt, Lily-Rose is our favourite florist in Magog.
