Impeccable service with an appointment the next day for a cotton swab which was stuck in the back of my partner's ear. After going to a private clinic for an amount of $300... To end up telling him that they couldn't do anything, that the cotton swab was too deep and without reimbursing him... A work colleague told me spoke about the Ear Polyclinic and who are also, paid by the RAMQ, real professionals who solved the problem. A huge thank you

There is an initial questionnaire to fill out as you wait. Very friendly staff. Very professional. When my mother had wrapped up her appointment, the staff felt that she was a little unsure as to how she was getting home, they called me to pick her up.There is a long gap between the date you make that call for an appointment and when it actually scheduled.

Dr Jean-Claude Tabet was great! Very fast efficient and to the point. The waiting time was 5-10 minutes. Only set back is the appointment took 1 month to get.I prefer to wait 1 month and get good service than wait 8 hours and get a RDV the next day.If you have an emergency go private. If not this place is great!
