Ongles 4 Saisons is a popular nail salon with a newly renovated, attractive appearance. They offer professional and efficient services, including pedicures with long-lasting polish. The staff is friendly, fun, and takes the time to ensure a thorough job, making it a favorite among customers, often regarded as the best nail salon on the south shore.
I always love going to this place, but when I visited today, it was really busy. There were only 3 workers available, and with about 10 customers in the shop, I had to wait for nearly an hour before they started doing my nails.
One thing I noticed is that they don't wash their hands after doing a pedicure on one client before moving on to the next. This means that their hands can be dirty from touching other people's feet when they then handle your hands, which is a bit concerning.
Despite these issues, I really enjoy the way they do my nails. However, it does seem a bit unorganized, and they might need more staff, as 3 workers for 10 customers isn't sufficient.
Reading some comments I was reluctant but I wanted to see for myself knowing that I often pass in front of the institute and it is always busy.. I only wanted to test the hands so I finally opted for a pedicure as well. The welcome is pleasant, a team that operates efficiently and a successful varnish application and pedicure! (for photo info after a week of sewing and gardening dishes)
New premises, beautiful look, professional service, impeccable, very nice and fun staff, I stay there a little long but it's better that way than quickly but not beautiful, I'm never going to change the place
