???? ?I'm looking for a hearing aid specialist for my 100-year-old dad, who is reluctant to wear a device... He has several questions to ask and often talks about his life instead of repeating... ?After reading Diem T.'s recent comment, we will not agree on the location, especially since I have to pick up my father in the West of the island and take time off work;I had entered this clinic spotted by chance, to ask questions about prices... The receptionist seemed overwhelmed, facing a pretty waiting room without any clients...This is why I read Google Maps reviews before traveling!

I agree with the 2 other reviews written more than 3 years ago that the services provided by the former audiologist were beyond reproach. But what we experienced recently with the current hearing care professional was extremely frustrating and hurtful.I waited a week to calm down and write this review with a cool head. I rarely write reviews on Google, only when the service is exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. The experience we had with this audiologist is in the 2nd category. My father is 93 years old, has great difficulty getting around but needs a new hearing aid.
